Written proposal
Within [X] working days you receive scope, deliverables, timeline, team and fee, all in writing.

Agreement and kick-off
Once the proposal is approved, we agree on contacts, data access and a check-in schedule.

Analysis happens alongside your people, with regular check-ins so there are no surprises at the end.

Final report and handover
